More Backpacking

This summer sure has been great, a nice pace of life with lots of adventures. This past week I went backpacking with a few good friends from childhood to desolation wilderness which is in the northern sierra nevada mountains! It was a great time and felt great to be outside again, I have grown very comfortable living outside and its almost a second home now.... We climbed a few mountains and swam in some huge snow melt lakes surrounded by giant peaks. check out some photos here .. http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=202448&id=631538370&l=6caada177c . So far my plan is to drive north to Olympia around the 17or18th so i can bring up a bed and road bike for my new house! Im also going on another backpacking trip with my sister next weekend to Pt. Reyes for two nights... Most of my friends are leaving for school so things here are starting to really slow down, however I still seem to have endless activities to keep myself busy with. Well im going to try to get back into blogging as things begin to pick up soon. I have almost all my books for class and it seem like it will be a very exciting year!
